Anaboo AI Module End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This is the canonical EULA for first-party Anaboo AI modules. A copy is shipped as LICENSE.md inside each module Anaboo owns. It is a working draft. Have it reviewed by your legal adviser before relying on it commercially.

This End-User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("You", "Client") and Anaboo.AI Pte Ltd, Singapore ("Anaboo", "we", "us"), for the AIOS software module contained in this folder ("Module").

By installing, copying, or using the Module, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Module.

1. Licence grant

Anaboo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install, run, and modify the Module on systems you own or control, solely for your own internal business operations.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

resell, rent, sublicense, publish, distribute, or otherwise make the Module (or any modified version of it) available to any third party;
repackage or redistribute the Module as part of another product, course, template library, or service offering;
remove or alter any copyright, attribution, or licence notice in the Module;
represent the Module, or a modified version of it, as your own original work.

This licence is for your business to use, not to resell. If you want to redistribute or build on the Module commercially, contact us for a separate agreement.

3. Your modifications

You may modify the Module for your own internal use, and you own the specific changes you make. The underlying Module, and all rights in it, remain Anaboo's. You may not distribute your modified version under clause 2.

4. Third-party services, API keys, and subscriptions (you bring your own)

The Module may connect to third-party services (for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Firecrawl, Supadata, GoHighLevel, DigitalOcean, and others).

You are responsible for obtaining, paying for, and complying with the terms of your own accounts, API keys, and subscriptions for any such service. Anaboo does not provide, resell, proxy, or guarantee these services, and is not responsible for their cost, availability, changes, or terms of use. All third-party usage is billed to your accounts, under your agreements with those providers.

5. AI output and your responsibilities

The Module uses artificial intelligence, which can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected output. You are responsible for:

reviewing AI output before relying on, sending, publishing, or acting on it (keep a human in the loop);
the data you choose to connect to or process with the Module, including any personal or confidential data;
your own compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to your business, including data protection, privacy, advertising, and sector-specific rules.

6. Ownership

The Module is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in and to the Module are and remain the property of Anaboo. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

7. No warranty

The Module is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Anaboo does not warrant that the Module will be error-free, uninterrupted, fit for a particular purpose, or that its output will be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anaboo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Module. Anaboo's total aggregate liability under this Agreement is limited to the fees (if any) you paid Anaboo for the Module.

9. Term and termination

This licence applies for as long as you use the Module. It terminates automatically if you breach any term. On termination you must stop using the Module and delete all copies in your control.

10. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a separate written agreement between you and Anaboo states otherwise.
